A small practice goal

After a move, check what changed. Decide which rule explains the new state before acting again. Make the next step deliberately.

What the game asks you to do

Fill the square target with seven pieces, without gaps or overlap. Keep that objective in view throughout the round. Start with a deliberate move.

How to proceed

  1. Drag a selected piece.
  2. Rotate in 45-degree steps or flip it.
  3. Use snapping for precise alignment.
  4. Check the layout or use one-piece assistance.

Getting comfortable with the controls

Mouse/touch dragging and rotate/flip buttons. A careful first action helps you become familiar with the layout. Avoid pressing the same control repeatedly while a move is being processed.

A closer look at one example

The parallelogram may need flipping rather than rotation. Focus on why the action is allowed, not only its outcome. Look for the relevant detail.

A common point of confusion

Overlaps do not count as filling the target. A different version of the game may use a different rule. Keep the stated aim separate from side details such as animation or appearance. Progress is measured by the game’s own completion or scoring rules.
